Computer simulation and modelling of modern business processes and operations are important analytics tools to support decision-making. This workshop aims to provide participants with an overview of simulation and modelling techniques, as well as hands-on experience in building a queuing model using FlexSim software. FlexSim is a popular simulation software that can be used for building complex models. Participants will learn about the different features and tools available in FlexSim, including its library of objects, animation capabilities, and data analysis tools.
