This is the 2nd International Keynote Series for celebration of Master of Arts in Urban Design 25th Anniversary. Prof. Stephen Marshall is Professor of Urban Morphology and Urban Design at the Bartlett School of Planning, University College London. In this talk, drawing substantially from examples of Asian cities, Stephen Marshall explores the idea of ‘four-dimensional cities’, and consequences for how we might plan and design them.
