The high quality research in MSE@NUS has been featured in a new video produced for the Materials Research Society (MRS) TV film series; screened at the recent MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit in San Francisco.
The video features the ground breaking research be conducted in functional intelligent materials by Professor Konstantin NOVOSELOV and 2D materials by Professor Barbaros OEZYILMAZ , along with the breakthroughs Associate Professor Benjamin TEE and Associate Professor WANG Qing are is making in self-healing materials and redox flow batteries. The video also features the exciting industrial collaborations we have to control materials at the atomic scale with Applied Materials (Professor Silvija GRADECAK) and improve the cycle life of lithium-sulphur batteries with ST Engineering (Professor John WANG). Finally, the video highlights advances being made in the field of Quantum Materials by our recent NUS Presidential Young Professors Denis BANDURIN and Steven TOUZARD.
