Visit to King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB)

A group of 13 Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) students, accompanied by their lecturer – Dr. Yu Jihang, recently embarked on an enriching visit to King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). They were honoured to witness the prestigious Oath of Allegiance Ceremony for KMUTNB freshmen, marking the start of an exciting academic journey for the new students. The group engaged in a variety of dynamic activities, including the Stick Bridge challenge and a Robotics Competition, showcasing their skills and teamwork. Additionally, they participated in workshops that offered hands-on experiences in Thai cooking, electroplating, latex drawing, and soap making, immersing themselves in the vibrant culture and innovative practices at KMUTNB. The visit was further enriched by cultural excursions to the Grand Palace and the Emerald Temple, where they admired the intricate beauty and historical significance of these iconic landmarks. This memorable trip not only broadened their academic horizons but also deepened their appreciation for Thai heritage, while strengthening the bonds between the two institutions.
