The Graduate Research Symposium is the platform for new PhD students to share their research with the larger scholarly community in the Department of Architecture and beyond. As a student-led forum, the symposium is open to researchers, faculty, and students from other institutes of higher learning. It marks the first step for many graduate students preparing for a career in research and academia. The Symposium in 2024 will feature panels on Sustainability and Carbonization, Urban Data Analytics/Modelling, Urban Planning and Renewal, and Human Perception and Behavior. The keynote speakers are Dr Yuan Lai (Tsinghua University) and Dr Sudatta Ray (NUS).
