INTER-FACULTY GAMES
CDE crowned Inter-Faculty Games Champions 2025!

CDE has clinched 1st place overall at this year’s Inter Faculty Games, moving up from 2nd place last year! A huge congratulations to all our athletes for their hard work, resilience, and team spirit!
✨ Gold-winning teams
- Badminton (Mixed) – Captained by Yi Bin (Year 3, Mechanical Engineering)
- Floorball (Male) – Captained by Zaheer Bin Abdul Malik (Year 4 Project Facilities Management)
- Table Tennis (Mixed) – Captained by Kevin Weston (Year 3, Mechanical Engineering)
- League of Legends – Captained by Ng Dillion (Year 3, Industrial & Systems Engineering)
- Valorant – Captained by Wang Shou En Lucas (Year 3, Biomedical Engineering)
For Yi Bin, who led the Mixed Badminton team to gold, the journey was about trust and strategy. “We tried every possible pairing and planned line-ups based on each opposing faculty’s strengths,” he shared. “Keeping an open channel for feedback helped us build unity and improve from last year’s third-place finish.”
Table Tennis captain Kevin Weston reflected on what it meant to defend their title: “Some of us had heavy group projects, others were involved in Singapore University Games, and I was even interning, which meant late-night practices. Despite it all, everyone gave their best. Winning gold again wasn’t just about talent, but about the collective spirit and commitment of every member.”
CDE Sports Director, Chua Chee Suan Kevin (Year 2 Mechanical Engineering), sums it up, “The overall title belongs not to one, but to every athlete who showed up, gave their all, and stood shoulder to shoulder for CDE.”
Well done to all our teams and athletes who gave their all to bring home the championship for CDE!
