Andy Lee is the VP of International Business and GM for Southeast Asia Region at Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group, where he leads the growth of cloud and AI adoption with a focus on building resilient, future-ready businesses.

A seasoned technology leader with decades of experience, Andy has driven large-scale digital transformation across public and private sectors, including leadership roles at Cisco and Google Cloud Singapore, where he led public sector initiatives and advanced the adoption of GenAI and agentic AI for public good.

He is recognised for building high-performance teams and a strong organisational culture, and is the only Managing Director in Singapore to have held leadership roles in organisations recognised by Great Place to Work as both a #1 tech company and Cisco as a #1 workplace.

Andy's expertise spans AI, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity, with a focus on translating complex technologies into real-world impact. He is also an active contributor to the ecosystem, serving on the Executive Committee of the Singapore Computer Society and advisory boards at NUS (CDE-EE) and Temasek Polytechnic.
