Eng Se‐Hsieng has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. She is currently the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at nami, overseeing the development and implementation of smart devices and systems that bring intelligence to homes and commercial buildings. Prior to this, Se-Hsieng held the position of Senior Vice President Business Development at SkyLab Holding, where she led the deployment of technology solutions for 5G operators, data center providers, and large enterprises.

Se-Hsieng also has extensive experience at Vodafone Business, where she held multiple roles including Head of Internet of Things (IoT) - Global Enterprise Sales Transformation, Head of IoT Northern Europe, Global Client Partner, and Pricing Team Leader for Asia & Africa. During her tenure at Vodafone, she developed sales strategies, managed large accounts, and led teams to drive growth in enterprise mobility.

Before joining Vodafone, Se-Hsieng worked as Deputy Director (Investment Portfolio Management) at Singtel, where she led a team responsible for managing SingTel's joint venture investment in Pakistan. She also worked as the Head of Cost Control (Networks) at Globe Telecom on an international assignment from SingTel.
