Mr Wong Kin Hoong

Wong Kin Hoong brings over 40 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract and claims management, and project management across both consultancy and contracting environments.

A Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Builder, and Chartered Construction Manager, he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV). He served as Immediate Past President of the SISV QS Division (2021–2025) and was Chairman of the Construction Industry Joint Committee (2022–2023).

He was awarded the PAQS Service Excellence Award and PAQS Medal in 2019 and 2023 respectively for his outstanding contributions to the Quantity Surveying profession.

At Kingsmen, he oversees contract management and supports strategic execution across large-scale developments and experiential environments.
