Master of Urban Planning

Overview

BSc(RE) students who are interested in urban planning can also choose to enroll in the MUP and pursue both degrees concurrently. After a 5-year candidature, they will earn a Bachelor of Science Real Estate and a Master of Urban Planning.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

At the end of the third year in the BSc (Real Estate) course, interested students can enroll in the MUP. Applicants must have obtained a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.50 and they will be invited to attend an interview.

Continuation and Graduating Criteria

At the end of the 4th year, the candidate of the CDP must have completed RE4711 FYP Dissertation and also obtained a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 for MUP core courses.

Graduating criteria at the end of the 5th year include a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 for MUP core courses taken in Year 4 and Year 5.
