Whilst the cultural and educational environment tend to accommodate creativity and innovation by using horizontal campuses, those more focused on land value are promoting vertical hubs.

 

Density seems to be an adopted model to make growth and urbanisation sustainable. Given that land space is at an ever increasing premium, both in terms of cost and availability, how can we maintain local creativity and culture, whilst establishing well-being paradigms into our growing cities?

 

While education and cultural regionalism are key factors in making cities attractive and unique, is there an ideal approach to wellbeing for working, living and playing together in these ever larger cities?
