From Planning, Design to Implementation: The Perspective of a Practitioner
Sustainability is one of the fundamental principles or considerations across various industries, of which the built environment is close to our heart. However, presently, there are challenges on how to integrate sustainability into the design process and, more critically, how to implement what has been designed. This lecture aims to use real projects from both, public and private sector perspectives, to illustrate the approach on how to integrate sustainability into our built environment planning and design, either at buildings or urban scale or both, as well as its implementation.
