Programme Fees for students admit in AY2024/2025 (August intake) onwards
Master of Arts in Architectural Conservation
The full programme fee for Academic Year 2024/2025 (August intake) onwards is $49,050.00 (inclusive of GST). Programme fees are reviewed yearly, and thus, subject to revisions. The payment schedule, due on the first week of every semester, is as follows:
For Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, NUS Alumni (regardless of citizenship).

Starting from AY 2024/2025, Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and NUS alumni (regardless of citizenship) will receive a 40% fee rebate.
- The fees listed are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of 9% GST from 2024 onwards.
- A non-refundable application fee of $162 (inclusive of GST) must accompany your online application.
- The course fees are payable in instalments over regular semesters, notwithstanding that the student may withdraw from the course at any point during the academic year.
- A non-refundable and non-transferable acceptance fee is payable upon acceptance of offer. The acceptance fee will be credited towards your programme fees.
- A late payment fee will be imposed if you have outstanding fees after the fee payment due date.
- All students are charged the Miscellaneous Student Fees (MSF). The MSF payable are set out here. MSF is payable for every regular semester, subject to prevailing rates.
- The University reserves all rights to review and adjust fees and make changes to the programme structure and requirements as necessary and accordingly without prior notice.

The programme fee for AY2024/2025 for grad certificate in Architectural Conservation is $9,810 (inclusive of 9% GST).
