A Singaporean, Neo Sei Hwa completed his bachelor degree in Architecture with honors in the National University of Singapore (1993). He is registered with the Singapore Institute of Architects (Registration No. C1127), also with the Board of Architects (Registration No. 1596). He has been teaching in the Department of Architecture, School of Design & Environment, National University of Singapore since 2000. He has practised with international architectural firms in Singapore and Hong Kong. Sei Hwa's work have also been featured in SPACE Magazine year 2000 and AISA ARCHITECT Magazine year 2005.
