CWR co-organized a webinar with Singapore Water Association (SWA), Singapore on 4th February 2021. Mr. Kshitij Asthana, Associate Director of AECOM Singapore was invited to introduce SWA and share the career pathways for environmental engineering graduates. Mr Asthana first introduced SWA as a non-profitable organization aiming to nourish and prosper Singapore water industry. It provides a platform for all institutions, companies, and authorities to make connections and promotes Singapore water cluster to grow and thrive. For the career building and pathways, Mr. Asthana also suggested the students to have a flexible mind set and good accumulation in different disciplines such as chemistry, physics and biology. Under the pandemic situation, a wider look is encouraged in job hunting and searching. Energy, hydrology, planning and consultation are some of the recommended areas to go in.
