Ms. Melissa Low from Energy Studies Institute, National University of Singapore was invited by CWR to deliver a talk on 18th November 2020. This talk provided an overview of Singapore’s low carbon energy transition in view of the 2030 Nationally Determined Contribution and Long-term Low Emissions Development Strategy. Ms. Low discussed ways in which Singapore plans to meet its climate targets while ensuring a reliable and secured energy supply, promote effective competition in the energy market and develop a dynamic energy sector.
