Heartiest congratulations to A/Prof Raymond Ong on his appointment as a Council Member of the Singapore Road Safety Council! This was conferred by the Minister of Home Affairs, and will be a three-year term from 1 May 2023 to 30 April 2026.
The council was set up in 2009 to continually improve safety on Singapore’s roads by inculcating good safety practices amongst road users.
The council works closely with the Traffic Police, Land Transport Authority and community partners to engage and educate different user groups on the importance of road safety. Their efforts are invaluable in the up-keep of road safety in Singapore.
We look forward to A/Prof Ong’s integral contributions as a Council member.
Congratulations again, on the new appointment!
