CEE Visiting Committee (19-21 Mar 2019)

The CEE Visiting Committee (VC) which comprised a team of three top academics from renowned universities visited the department to conduct an independent review of the Department, primarily on the quality of its teaching and research took place on 19 – 21 Mar 2019.
The VC members are: Prof George Deodatis (Chair)(Columbia University), Prof Chelsea White (Georgia Institute of Technology). Prof Benito J. Marinas (University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign) and Prof Chow Gan Moog (Department of Materials Science and Engineering, NUS).

The Department would like to thank our alumni, industry partners, students and staff for their valuable support and feedback during the visit.

Professor Balasubramanian Rajasekhar has been appointed as Keppel Professor in Sustainability Solutions

Professor Balasubramanian Rajasekhar has been appointed as Keppel Professor in Sustainability Solutions in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2027.
