An online workshop on advanced technologies for wastewater treatment and resource recovery was organised by CWR on 28th August 2021. CWR researchers shared their research findings in computational fluid dynamics-kinetic modelling of FBR-Fenton/GAC process and bromate formation in UVA/TiO2/peroxydisulfate system. Ammonium removal/recovery in domestic wastewater by polymeric hydrogels and application of novel vibrating ceramic membrane bioreactor for domestic wastewater treatment were also presented in this seminar. The audience showed a lot interested in the advanced wastewater treatment technologies developed by CWR and many interesting questions were raised during the seminar.
