Associate Professor Raymond Ong has been invited by CNA on PTC’s Survey Findings on Customers’ Satisfaction with Public Transport

Associate Professor Raymond Ong has been invited by CNA for an interview to provide insights on the latest Public Transport Satisfaction Survey conducted by the Public Transport Council (PTC) on the programme “Singapore Tonight,” airing live on 3 April at 10 p.m. The survey, known as the Public Transport Customer Satisfaction Survey (PTCSS), was conducted from 14 August to 24 September 2023, encompassing 5,037 commuters aged 15 years and above. It revealed a mean satisfaction score of 7.8 (out of 10) for public transport in 2023, consistent with scores observed since 2019.
