What is CE?

Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the conception, design, construction and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works such as roads, subways, bridges, airports, ports, dams, drainage systems, reclaimed land, underground caverns, offshore platforms, oil refinery, power stations, stadiums, amusement parks and desalination plants.
