CFI Singapore hosted an engaging online seminar titled "Current Trends in Estuarine and Coastal Dynamics: Observations and Modelling" by the distinguished Prof. Xiao Hua Wang on 3 Deceber 2024. Attended by 16 participants from various universities, delved into the latest advancements in the study of estuarine and coastal systems, with a focus on integrating observational techniques and modeling approaches to tackle real-world challenges.

Prof. Wang's insights highlighted cutting-edge methodologies and practical applications for coastal engineers, scientists, and policymakers. The seminar underscored the importance of bridging scientific research and practical implementation to address the complexities of coastal and estuarine dynamics in a changing climate.
