What You Will Learn
The course aims to equip learners with lean project management principles with a view to them applying the lessons learned to eliminate wastes and to raise quality and productivity levels in their organizations and projects. The objectives are:
(a) Understand Lean Project Management principles,
(b) Apply Lean Project Management principles to eliminate wastes, and
(c) Transform the construction industry through higher quality and productive processes.

Professor Low Sui Pheng
Dr. Low Sui Pheng is a professor in the Department of the Built Environment at NUS. His expertise and portfolio cover project management, development technology, and management and construction technology. Professor Low has been honoured with numerous awards for best paper and teaching excellence. His research primarily focuses on construction quality and productivity, as well as international construction and project management.
