What You Will Learn
From the roles of project phasing to project life cycle, this course explores how design can be interlinked in the context of project management. What must be done in managing the project with design inputs and in defining how large or complex the project is. This includes initialization and deployment of the project from commencement to completion.

Assoc Professor Daniel Wong
Associate Professor Daniel Wong Hwee Boon is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers and an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Building. He serves as Deputy Head (Admin & Finance) in NUS’s Department of Building, where he also chairs the Safety & Health Committee and represents the Building Estate Management Alumni. His research interests include SMART Facilities Management, strategic planning, FM Contracts, and Management Information Systems. In the private sector, A/P Wong contributed to major projects like a premier waterfront development in Singapore, a large mixed-use development in the UAE, and an international industrial park in Vietnam. He has received the PAQS Service Excellence Award and the SPRING Excellent Service Gold Award.
