NUSā€™s SDE4, SDE1 & 3 located in CDEā€™s campus were one of ten outstanding real estate development projects named as the winners of the 2023 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence, one of the real estate industry's most prestigious honours. Winners will also be automatically qualified as nominees of the 2023 ULI Global Awards for Excellence.
