On June 25, 2024, E6NanoFab hosted students from the inaugural 2024 NUS Young Fellowship Programme for the visit to our state-of-the-art nanofabrication and microelectronics facilities.  Dr David Xu, E6NanoFab Process Engineering Research Lead started off by giving an overview of E6NanoFab. The students were given the options to visit the various class of cleanrooms and dry labs respectively equipped with Deposition, Lithography, Metrology, Characterisation and Packaging capabilities.

We believe the immersive experience provides the students with a deeper understanding of cutting-edge technologies and inspires them to pursue innovative research and careers in the semiconductor and microelectronics industries.

Finally, we extend our gratitude to all the researchers, engineers, and laboratory officers at E6NanoFab and Packaging Facilities @ SHINE Centre for their efforts in making the tour a success.
