For staff, booking for the Media Room, Sandbox, and iLounge can be done through the Facility Booking System. Students can make reservations for the Media Room and schedule maker consultations through the Hub's booking form.

For bookings, please note the following:

1. Please ensure that the spaces booked can fit the number of pax you're expecting for your event.
2. You may rearrange the furniture to fit your event needs but kindly return them back to their original positions after use.
3. Please arrange your own manpower.
4. If your event requires logistics items such as additional chairs, tables, TVs, extension sockets, etc, please make the necessary arrangements using your own resources.
5. Please factor in the bump in/out time when booking the spaces.
6. Food and drinks are not allowed in the Hub at all times.
7. Please do not leave your belongings unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
