The Innovation & Design Programme is offered to Yale-NUS students as the Yale-NUS Minor in Innovation & Design. It is a collaboration between Yale-NUS College and the Engineering Design & Innovation Centre that complements the interdisciplinary inquiry-based curriculum at Yale-NUS College with design thinking and multidisciplinary hands-on approach to problem solving in the Innovation & Design Programme. This Minor will enable Yale-NUS students who are interested in entrepreneurship and innovation to learn how to create innovative designs and solutions through project-based, experiential learning.

The requirements of the Minor are as follows:

• EG2201A User-Centred Collaborative Design (4 units/MCs)
• EG2301 Value Creation in Innovation (4 units/MCs) - formerly known as Case Studies in Innovation
• EG3301R Ideas to Proof-of-Concept (12 units/MCs) - formerly known as DCP Project
• One Yale-NUS course/module (5 units/MCs) approved by Yale-NUS faculty advisor
