Immersive Intelligence: Transforming Healthcare and Aviation Futures

In an era where Generative AI, spatial computing, and immersive technologies are redefining how humans learn and perform, this studio invites students to push the boundaries of training and simulation for healthcare and aviation. The Immersive Intelligence studio explores how Extended Reality (XR) platforms — from Meta Quest and Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses to Apple Vision Pro — can be integrated with contextual intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to create realistic, adaptive, and emotionally responsive training environments.
Students will investigate how immersive systems can be made more intelligent, human-centric, and effective, focusing on both technical innovation and user experience design. Working in interdisciplinary teams, you will co-create solutions that bridge medicine, aviation, and digital innovation — from life-saving medical training simulations to next-generation cockpit co-pilots.
