Future in-flight experiences for Gen Z passengers

Airlines have to constantly innovate and adapt to evolving customer preferences, optimise operational efficiency, and stay ahead of industry trends. Moreover, as the world marches into the era of digital aviation, airlines must increase the adoption of digital technology which is not just limited to ground operations but also in aircraft cabins. Given that Gen Z is expected to become the industry’s prime customer base, airlines will need new in-flight experiences designed for Gen Z and the next generation.

In this project, we designed a revamped in-flight entertainment system for a global airline to include new offerings that align with Gen Z’s demands and expectations whilst maintaining the airline’s reputation for service excellence.
