Virtual simulation for job interviews

Interview anxiety is a situation-specific anxiety that gives rise to feelings of nervousness or apprehension that emerge exclusively during job interview situations. Practising for job interviews can improve confidence and alleviate interview anxiety, but there is currently a lack of effective platforms for practising job interviews.

This project explores the design of a virtual reality platform that provides realistic interview scenarios and a safe environment to help candidates practice, build self-confidence, and reduce communication and social anxiety during interviews. It is capable of providing accurate feedback and evaluation to help candidates improve their interview skills. The solution incorporates the use of ChatGPT to generate interview questions and provide feedback to candidates.
