Deployable high gain antenna for CubeSats

The demand for highly efficient data transmission for CubeSats is increasing. However, signal gain is related to the size of the antenna reflector. As CubeSats have small size, it is necessary to design a deployable high gain antenna to improve the data transmission rate. This project explores different designs of the deployable antenna which uses a Cassegrain configuration that comprises a parabolic main reflector, a hyperbolic sub-reflector, and an antenna feed horn.
