VR for airline training with eye tracking and BCI
This project aims to evaluate pilot competency for flight training schools by comparing the effectiveness of different training methods, specifically virtual reality (VR) flight simulations versus full-flight simulators, by making use of data collected through eye-tracking and brain-computer interface (BCI) technology.
Paediatric Care and Medtech Innovation
We are developing an adjustable, semi-automated pre-crawling therapy device to provide 3 to 9 month old infants with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy and Down Syndrome with consistent and frequent therapy sessions to help reduce the development gap in comparison to that of a typically developing infant.
In this project, we designed an Accurate Nasogastric Device for Insertion (ANDI) to improve caregiver confidence by providing a realistic simulation of nasogastric tube (NGT) insertion for paediatric patients.
This project aims to reduce the variability in the interpretation of the cardiotocography tracings by annotating useful features to improve the diagnosis of foetal conditions.
This project aims to mitigate the high subjectivity in clinical evaluation of pregnant patients undergoing labour by providing an evidence-based tool to predict likelihood of delivery outcomes.
Robots, Robots Everywhere!
In this project, we aim to develop a 2-legged balancing robot with a 3-axis gimbal with aiming and firing capabilities.
We offer accessible boxing training that is both immersive and enriching, featuring an intelligent robot capable of responding to movements for training and sparring, enabling boxers in development to enjoy a progressive and personalised journey towards proficiency in boxing.
For hospitals dissatisfied with the inefficiency and risks involved in inspection, identification and sorting of surgical instruments, our product, Roboscan, an integrated system to process surgical tools, offers full automation of processing tools, reducing risk of injury and improving efficiency.
A computer vision and GNSS-powered autonomous navigating robot solution with an accompanying progressive web app to detect and locate invasive species which is a $423 billion per year global problem.
Smart Solutions Studio
Our product, Eclat, enhances the experience of wine appreciators through a hassle-free, autonomous, and reliable household product that thoroughly washes and polishes premium wine glasses.
This project aims to enhance the accuracy of battery state-of-charge (SoC) and state-of-health (SoH) estimation for electric vehicles by developing a precise algorithm using Extended Kalman Filters (EKFs), targeting less than 2% margin of error.

Leak Hunter: non-invasive flow rate monitoring device for fluid pipelines
This project introduces a non-invasive device to monitor single-phase fluid flow rates in pipelines, alerting users when critical thresholds are reached for improved decision-making and operational efficiency.

VisionAI
This project aims to simplify the workflow of training and deploying AI models, specifically computer vision models to edge devices/ embedded systems.
Space Systems Studio
Galassia-5 is a technology demonstration CubeSat for an AI enabled Earth observation camera and microwave communications to facilitate in-situ feature extraction and direct-to-user delivery of insights from earth observation data.

Robotic arm for equipment servicing mission and delivery mission in University Rover Challenge 2025
This project aims to develop a robotic arm that meets the requirements of dexterous tasks for the Equipment Servicing and Delivery Missions in the prestigious University Rover Challenge 2025, enhancing the rover's operational flexibility and maximising mission scores.
Special Competition Projects
In this project, we aim to improve the stability and usability of the power subsystem for Bumblebee's autonomous surface vessel ASV 4.0.
