Prof Lam Khee Poh
A research paper authored by a team led by Professor Lam Khee Poh, Provost's Chair Professor of Architecture and the Built Environment, has been selected as one of the 10 best research papers in Energy and Buildings published in the period from 2018 to 2022.
The paper “Whole Building Energy Model for HVAC Optimal Control: A Practical Framework Based on Deep Reinforcement Learning” was written by a team of former Carnegie Mellon University graduate students led by Professor Lam.
The team includes Adrian Chong, now an Assistant Professor in the Department of the Built Environment at CDE.
