NUS Engineering researchers on the Innovators Under 35 Asia 2018 list

TWO researchers from NUS Engineering are among the ten outstanding innovators from the region in MIT Technology Review's "Innovators Under 35" Asia 2018 list.

They are:

The young innovators honoured are trailblazers in their fields and are leading the next generation of technological breakthroughs.

Dr Feng is recognised for his work on "Enabling computers to grow learning ability with dynamic neural networks"; while Dr Zheng's research focuses on "Developing high energy density lithium batteries for automotive, aerial and renewable storage applications".

Dr Feng and Dr Zheng will automatically become candidates and potential finalists for the global "Innovators Under 35" list celebrated in the fall of 2018 in Boston, USA. They will each give a three-minute presentation at EmTech Asia in Singapore on 30-31 January 2018.
