Beauty over Clementi Road

Overgrown with magenta Bougainvillea

Creepingover the planter boxes into its underbelly, onto the edges of the pathway

And down its structures all the way till it kisses the ground.

 

Like long black hair flowing down the sides of her face. With strands of hair across her lips and flowers in her hair

She is absolutely gorgeous

 

Most walk over her, trample on her, and drive by under her long legs Without ever giving her a second glance.

 

But do not be mistaken!

Even though she’s a master at fading into the shadows, The bridge across Clementi Road is an absolute beauty..

 

Just standing a few feet away is a tall modern block, With her smooth long legs planted on a bed of soil, But she is absolutely bald.

in fact, she’s toxic! Wherever she sets foot on is bald as well.
