Master of Architecture

APPLICATION TIMELINE (AUG 2027 INTAKE)

There is one intake per academic year. Applications to the Master of Architecture 1-year programme for the August 2027 intake is now open from 1 October 2026 to 28 February 2027. For early consideration, students should aim to submit their applications by 30 November 2026, and candidates can expect to receive an offer as early as January 2027. Applicants who submit after December 2026 can expect to receive offers in March and April 2027.

While most offers will be made to early applications by March 2027, some may still receive an offer at a later date.

Graduates of the Master of Architecture programme will have a prerequisite degree for professional registration in Singapore.

ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must have:

An average grade of B or higher in AR3101 Design 5 and AR3102 Design 6
Completed the Integrated Design Specialisation (20 units)
Achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 upon graduation from the BA (Arch) (Hons) programme

to be eligible for consideration for admission to the 1-year M.Arch programme.
