AR2102 Design 4

This module will emphasize the integrative nature of architectural design. Students are to focus on the integration of architectural design with materials, structure and construction. Topics? The module will deal with appropriate materials, structure and construction for the architectural design intent through the design of a small-scale building. Responses to program, climate and site context of urban fringe sites are also to be considered in the design.
