Biography
Mr Garg is the Managing Director and founder of Secretariat’s Asian operations. He specialises in conducting delay analyses on construction disputes and his experience ranges across the globe on a wide range of complex projects, with a particular focus on oil & gas, energy and transportation projects. As part of these engagements, Mr Garg has testified on numerous occasions in arbitrations under the rules of ICC, ICSID, AAA, DIAC, DIFC, HKIAC, SIAC, ADCCAC, AIAC, PAM, and ad hoc arbitrations, in various jurisdictions across the world. He has been consistently named as “Global Elite Thought Leader” by Who’s Who Legal (WWL) since the inception of the ranking.
Mr Garg has completed the executive management programme at Harvard Business School. He has a Master’s degree in engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, India.
