Biography
Dr Ng Hsiao Piau is a technology leader and educator with extensive experience in science and technology (S&T), and research and innovation. He has held senior leadership appointments driving technology strategy, research, innovation and enterprise (RIE) programmes, technology roadmaps, and national capability development across the public sector and academia. Hsiao Piau holds a Ph.D. and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and completed his postdoctoral training at Harvard University, receiving both the A*STAR Graduate Scholarship (PhD) and the A*STAR Graduate Scholarship (Post-Doc) in recognition of his academic excellence and research contributions.
