Year 4 Design Project

The students are assigned an integrated design project involving various disciplines of civil engineering and work in a team. The module provides the opportunity for students to work as a team on a civil engineering project integrating the knowledge they have gained from modules they have taken in earlier years. The module will also enhance their interpersonal, communication and leadership skills through group projects, report writing and a few oral presentations

(Students will receive an e-mail in June to indicate their preference of projects for submission through on-line system. The projects will be assigned based on the order of preference and ballots will be held if there are more requests than the number of available places for a given project.
