Food waste at East Coast Lagoon Food Village to be turned into energy and fertiliser under pilot project by Assoc Prof Tong and his team!

Associate Professor Tong Yen Wah and his team of researchers conduct a pilot trial for food waste treatment at the East Coast Lagoon Food Village using an anaerobic digester system to reduce waste in Singapore and turn food scraps into a green energy resource.
