- In charge of RE/RS sitting areas E3 03-09 & 10 (decanting space), E5 B-05 & 06, and E5 03-31
- Assistant Coordinator for the planning, organization and renovation of department space
- In charge of the General Store (E5 01-01 & 02)
- Responsible for the Departmental mail collection, sorting and delivery
- Fire Warden for E5 Level 1
- Assist in other duties when requested to do so, e.g. update of lab contact list, issuing of uniform/shoes allowance etc.
