Visiting PhD Candidate, Central South University, Changsha, Hunan, China.Â
I am a PhD student from Central South University, China. I am fortunate to be accepted to be as a visiting student at the SaRRU research unit, under the Center for Project Management and Construction Law, Department of Building, NUS. SaRRU is a great place for learning because of its good research atmosphere and high-level research team led by Prof. Goh Yang Miang.
The lab has a strong culture of discussion and members all have solid theoretic knowledge and advanced research skills. During my visit, my focus is utilising machine learning to explore the mechanism between safety climate and safety performance in the construction industry.
Thus far, I have gotten many useful suggestions on my research from the group members. I also joined the research projects for Design for Safety and Computer Vision. Through this, I gained cutting-edge theoretical knowledge and better understanding of research approaches. I am confident that SaRRU will be an amazing learning experience for anyone.
