Bursary
The BEMA Bursary was established in 2013 with a donation of $100,000 from BEMA for needy students whose families have experienced unexpected changes financially. The donation will be shared equally between the Department of Building (DOB) and the Department of Real Estate (DRE).

Scholarship
Awarded to students in the BEng (IPM) and BSc (PFM) programmes who perform well academically, exhibit strong leadership qualities and possess good co-curricular activities records, including active community services.
