Higher Education Campus Conference (HECC) – Department of the Built Environment

The work on implementing scenario-based student-generated questions (sb-SGQs), developed by Dr. Stephen Tay (Department of the Built Environment), and implemented in Civil Engineering by Dr. Du Hongjian (Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering) @nus.cee was recently awarded the Best Paper Presentation Award during the Higher Education Campus Conference (HECC) on 7th to 8th December 2022.

The sb-SGQ was shown to improve students learning in modules taught by both Dr. Du and Dr. Tay, which highlights its potential utility for implementation in other disciplines. Congratulations on this achievement! 🎉
