I am highly passionate about the Built Environment industry, especially in the area of Facilities Management. I am always eager to learn and acquire new knowledge on how to make the Facilities Management process smarter. This would ultimately lead to greater energy savings resulting in better sustainability efforts as well as a more desirable environment for people to live in. I hope I could have a chance to be part of this family and to hopefully contribute towards a better future for Singapore’s Built Environment.

• Lead the research in the area of creating an implementation framework for Digital Twin with 5G network for Smart Facilities Management in Singapore

• Participated in a research programme in collaboration with Glodon International to understand the challenges faced by Singapore’s construction industry in terms of Quantity Surveying methods.
• Developed a more holistic 5D BIM solution for design, tender, and construction phases

• Lead a team of 5 in reviewing Yale-NUS’ current inventory management
