The NUS MDes has been instrumental in fostering a positive attitude in solving wicked problems using various strategies and methodologies. Division of Industrial Design provided me with resourceful connections across different disciplines. I particularly enjoyed Brian's classes which not only were humorous, but also very effective in honing my professional soft skills required to navigate across different organisations. This course did everything, pushed me into uncomfortable (but essential) situations, gave me respect and authority to practice my design with full autonomy, encouraged me to develop my own design manifesto and last but not the least gave me connections that I could cherish through my design career.
