Journey is an all-in-one platform that simplifies the post-death settlement process, which can otherwise be lengthy and exhausting. It consists of an information booklet for an immediate overview of tasks, and an online platform with customisable step-by-step guidance.
The booklet provides an assurance and serves as a pocket checklist throughout the process.
The online platform provides users with customisable step-by-step guidance and helps executors keep track of progress.
In-depth interviews and co-design workshops were carried out with previous administrators and executors to understand the users’ needs and pain points. Multiple rounds of user testing further helped us to validate and refine our solution.
