Singapore is studying the impact of high temperatures on human health and says it will develop strategies to maintain a comfortable and liveable temperature. In order to deal with scorching weather that may appear in the future, what is the room for adjustment and improvement in the design of HDB buildings? With temperatures hitting record highs in many countries, does this mean that global warming is getting worse?
